The Vaniliane version of Toucan rum is gradually reduced to 45 °, and a vanilla bean from Madagascar macerates quietly in the rum. You thus get sweetness and aromatic richness. Ideal for lovers of vanilla liqueur.The choice of Toucan brand is explained by the fact that the Toucan is one of the symbols of Guyana. St Maurice is the distillery closest to the equator. The local cane is cut by hand and processed within 36 hours. In pure French tradition, it is the "vesou": unconcentrated cane juice, which is fermented and then distilled in a copper column.
