The palate is well melted, marked by exotic fruits and vanilla, with a touch of caramel. It coats well the palate, without any heaviness, and the finish is very persistent, all in finesse again.The rum at Domaine de Séverin is the story of a family know-how handed down since 1928, from father to son. This selection of old rums has been carefully cultivated in oak barrels, ideally placed in our Chai Henri Marsolle.Old agricultural rum from Guadeloupe.
