Rum Plantation Trinidad 2009 presents a pastry and complex nose with light notes of rancio. The palate is supple and round with notes of coconut, toast with a long finish reminiscent of cane juice and candied fruits. a range of rums from the best Caribbean rum factories (Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama or Trinidad). The Plantation collection is broken down into two distinct ranges, blends and vintages. The Maison Ferrand cellar master blends the blends while the vintages, whose tastes may differ from one vintage to another, come directly from the barrel and are only available in limited quantities.
