Description
Rum Zaya Gran Reserva, Rum 12 years of age is a blend of 3 to 5 rums. This rum ages at least 12 years in bourbon barrels. It is distilled 5 times with fermented molasses. At the tasting, we find a dominant of vanilla and caramel on the nose, then notes of banana and cocoa and a hint of orange zest On the palate we find the aromas that we have on the nose, vanilla, caramel , cocoa with notes of apple and banana.
