Its history and production

Rum connoisseurs will be familiar with the "Angels' Share", which is the proportion of alcohol that disappears during the ageing of whiskies and rums through evaporation. With 'The Demon's share', the devil also helps himself to create this spirit. Don't be afraid to make a pact with the devil and taste this rum, it will send you to heaven! This spirit, made from Panama's sugar cane, is distilled in column stills and fermented using endemic yeast.

How to taste it

With its pretty amber colour and purple highlights, this is a gourmet, vanilla-flavoured, floral drink. Slightly spicy, it tastes of orange marmalade and, more surprisingly, hibiscus. The finish is dominated by chocolate.
