Description
Lazy Dodo rum from Mauritius benefits from the know-how of the Grays distillery, which manufactures New Grove Rum among other things. The selection of canes used in the composition of Lazy Dodo is very rigorous, the soil to the north of the island is moist and perfectly drained. The cane fields are surrounded by Grapefruit trees. Then the rum obtained spends 12 years in oak barrels before being bottled.
