Description
This Cuvée CARIBAEA batch 2 rum is White Agricole Rum selected by Chantal COMTE at La Mauny. The first batch released in 2016 delighted all lovers of white agricultural rums from Martinique. this opus was produced in 2500 copies.
The action carried out by CARIBAEA aims to protect the biodiversity of the Caribbean islands through various actions including the university training of young naturalized West Indian researchers. The label was created by the naturalist painter Cyril Girard, who wanted to express the lightness and freshness of this white rum with this flight of butterflies.
The nose expresses beautiful notes of very fruity sugar cane. subsequently, fresh citrus notes evoking lemon, lime and grapefruit appear. the second nose also opens towards slightly spicy notes.
On the palate, the attack is quite soft and easy, almost round. Then the notes of ripe cane assert themselves in all their majesty with notes of lime and pepper.
The finish is round, ample and powerful.
