Description

This SAINT JAMES les ÉPHÉMÈRES N°1 Brut de Fût 2001 Hors d'Age Rum is a very limited series.

 

The color of this very rare Martinique rum is a beautiful dark amber with coppery highlights. The nose is very elegant, it evokes notes of wood, beeswax, brown tobacco, spices such as pepper and of course fresh cane. The palate is very intense, the fresh cane is expressed immediately, then there are notes of dried fruits, spices and brown sugar which invade (and for a long time) the mouth.

 

What a treat !!!

 

3500 bottles of this fabulous rum which will have spent 19 years in 190 liter American oak barrels without topping and bottled without reduction.
