This rum has a woody nose and pleasant caramel notes on the palate, reminiscent of its ageing in American oak casks. In the end, it's smooth and lingers on the palate to the delight of our taste buds. This Blackwell rum is best enjoyed neat, but can also be used to make cocktails.
