Description
Stella Ducit 2023 is a creation of the Isabel Ferrando family, passionate winemakers of the Rhône Valley. This white wine is made from 100% young clairette vines aged 3 years, carefully cultivated to express all the freshness and vivacity of this grape variety.
To the eye, Stella Ducit has a fine, brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose is delicate, revealing aromas of hawthorn and acacia flowers, mixed with notes of citrus fruit and gentian.
The palate is greedy and lively, with citrus and gentian flavours. A slight creaminess coats the mid-palate, adding roundness. The finish is marked by a pleasant note of fennel seeds, giving the wine an immediate Mediterranean character.
This wine is ideal with seafood dishes, grilled fish or summer salads. It can be enjoyed now to appreciate its freshness, or after a few years' cellaring to discover more mature aromas.
