Marrenon is a wine cooperative located in the Rhône Valley, more precisely in the Luberon. Founded in 1965, this cooperative covers more than 2000 hectares of vines in the region. A wide range of grape varieties are produced by the Marrenon wine co-operative to make its broad range of wines (grand marrenon, petula, envie de liberté, etc.). For some years now, Marrenon has been gradually moving towards more environmentally-friendly farming, with some of its vines awarded the organic label.

The Envie de Nature range is grown by Marrenon winegrowers on 100% organic plots. Grown on clay-limestone soil, the vines are located on the north side of the Luberon massif, which means that the grapes ripen more slowly. Envie de Nature rouge is a wine blended from 2 grape varieties that are emblematic of the region: 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache Noir. This organic red wine from the Luberon has an attractive, intense ruby-red colour and a very expressive nose of fresh red fruit. On the palate, aromas of spices, fresh fruit and flowers are revealed with plenty of freshness. Enjoy this wine from Chez Marrenon with poultry, beef, grilled meats or a platter of hard cheeses.
