Description
Decanter mix for rum salsa mix quai sud. Ingredients: lemongrass, lemon peel, cinnamon stick, ginger pieces, mint leaves, pineapple pieces (sugar, pineapple, citric acid), orange leaves, vanilla pod, star anise, cloves. Directions for use: pour 70 cl of white rum and 2 spoons of cane sugar or honey into the carafe. Let macerate for 3 weeks. Tasting: in a ti'punch, with 1/4 lime and a dash of cane sugar syrup, or in all rum-based cocktails: planter, mojito, piña colada ... Extra to flavor desserts : fruit salads, cannelés, babas ... Possible traces of nuts, sesame, mustard, gluten, milk, egg, soy, sulphites.
