Description
This PVL SUMBAWA Beer in PEVELE is a blond beer from the large family of IPA beers. A beautiful bitterness emerges on the palate, a hint of malt but also vegetal and citrus notes from the addition of raw Combava leaves.
Combava is a small citrus fruit that grows in the tropics because it needs a lot of heat to ripen. it is very acidic and therefore it is rather the zest, bark and foliage which are used as an aromatic base.
