A beer from the North!
The PVL brewery is located in Ennevelin (59). The brewery uses local raw materials: 80% of the hops come from Flanders and the malt comes from a mill less than 10 km from the brewery. The label and cartonboard are also less than 50 km away. This is a microbrewery whose reputation is no longer micro, brewing top-quality craft beers. Such quality that the brewery has won no fewer than 46 medals in competitions.
PVL La Brune Brasserie du Pavé Bière du Nord
This 7% beer has a stout-style character, brewed with 7 barley malts, 4 of which are roasted. On the palate, there's an infusion of Sichuan pepper that gives way to a light touch of spice.
