The PVL brewery is located in Ennevelin . The brewery uses local raw materials: 80% of the hops come from Flanders and the malt comes from a mill less than 10 km from the brewery. The label and cartonboard come from less than 50 km away, and the reputation of this microbrewery is second to none, brewing top-quality craft beers. The quality is such that the brewery has won no fewer than 46 medals in competitions.
PVL Bière Ambrée à la Chicorée Bière des Hauts de France
PVL Ambrée is an Amber Ale made with barley malts and hops from Flanders. All this is blended with the famous Leroux chicory. On the palate, the chicory notes blend beautifully with the roasted malt notes.
