BARON L by Domaine de Ladoucette Pouilly Fumé 2019 White Wine from the Loire. Le Baron de L is truly the epitome of what Domaine de Ladoucette knows how to do. And God knows that Domaine de Ladoucette already produces one of the most beautiful Pouilly Fumé. An ancestral know-how that dates back to the beginning of the 17th Century, a super beautiful terroir located on the south side of the Saint-Andelain hill are all ingredients for making magnificent wines.
This Pouilly Fumé 100% Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful, shiny golden color. the nose is marked by floral notes and minerality which evokes flint, so characteristic of these wines. The palate confirms these mineral impressions and reveals citrus notes. The finish remains carried by freshness and minerality and even evokes iodized notes.
