Description

Château Latour-Martillac 2021 Classé de Graves, a dry white wine with an attractive golden colour. Its nose is fruity (pineapple, pear, citrus) and floral (jasmine), with hints of almond. The palate is balanced and fresh. The finish is mineral and slightly saline. 

This wine is composed of 43% Semillon and 57% Sauvignon Blanc. 

For optimum enjoyment, serve between 12°C and 14°C with seafood, grilled fish or fish in sauce, and hard cheese.
