Tasting Père Labat Rhum Agricole

Produced in limited quantities, Père Labat Rhum Doré is an agricultural tasting rum made from pure sugar cane juice. It is distilled in copper column stills to guarantee great finesse, and aged for 24 months in oak barrels to give it great depth and aromatic richness. Bottled at 50°, this golden rum is both powerful and well-balanced. Its complex aromas open with intense notes of sugar cane, followed by hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon), roasted dried fruit, coffee and vanilla.
