This white Chateauneuf du Pape is to be served very fresh .In the past, family members, the Boisson, had two trades at the same time: Winegrower and Maréchal-Ferrant. The name of the Domain comes from this second trade, because the nails fixing the irons under the horses' hooves are called, in Provençal language, "caboche".
