Description

Le Reve de Pennautier Sweet Chardonnay White Wine 50cl. The robe of this late harvest in Chardonnay from the Lorgeril domaine and golden and brilliant, the nose of this reve de Pennautier , harvested according to evokes candied fruit as well as honey and spices. The palate is well balanced between sweetness and liveliness. Selective and late harvest in the early hours of the day. The grapes ferment for 3 weeks at 16/18 ° C in barrels on fine lees with batonnage. Aging lasts 18 months in new French oak barrels with regular batonnage.
