Vin Parallèle 45 Blanc Biologique

The vines used to produce the famous Parallel 45 are located on latitude 45 in the Rhône Valley, which explains the name Parallel 45. This Rhône Valley wine has been produced organically by the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate since 2006. This white wine is a blend of 3 grape varieties typical of the region: Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. The blend of these 3 grape varieties gives this white wine real balance and aromatic complexity. This Rhône Valley wine is easy to pair with almost any dish or aperitif.
