Description

Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné

This Rhone Valley house was founded in 1834 by a certain Antoine Jaboulet. Since 2006, the Frey family has owned Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné and Château la Lagune. The Frey family took over the estate, respecting ancestral methods and working the vines using sustainable agriculture.

Parallèle 45 Red from Maison Paul Jaboulet

Parallèle 45 Rouge is a certified organic wine produced in the Rhône Valley by Paul Jaboulet Aîné. This red wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties: 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Parallèle 45 Red has a beautiful, intense purple colour, with a very elegant, intense nose. On the palate, a fine structure is revealed with some tannins and a slightly spicy finish. This red wine goes perfectly with charcuterie, grilled meats, cheese and red or white meat. It is best drunk at a temperature of 14-15°C.
