Rum Nation Panama 21 years old Carafe Black Edition. This special edition of the famous 21-year-old Panama Nation Rum offers a nice nose of dried fruits such as dates and figs. There is no doubt that the passage in cask of Sherry PX (Pedro Ximenez) will have brought softness and voluptuousness to this Rum. We also noticed notes of blond tobacco, cocoa and orange zest. At the tasting the fruity side takes the top which confirms the fig notes but also tropical fruit notes. For an aging of 21 years this rum while in balance, the intake of wood has been very well mastered. Great Art !!
