This G H Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut Champagne is a Champagne with gourmet and fruity aromas. At the disposal of the cellar master there are no less than 77 vintages, all unique. The final blend: predominance of Pinot Noir, strong presence of Chardonnay and a touch of meunier. To complete the assembly and ensure consistency of style, the Chef de Caves incorporates 25 to 30% of reserve wines. In 1876, Georges Hermann Mumm paying tribute to the cuvée which made the reputation of the House, decided to adorn the bottle with a red silk ribbon, sign of the Royal Order of Saint-Louis then of the Grand Cordon de la Légion d'honneur
