J Mourat Mareuil Cuvée Collection Loire White Wine 75 cl . This wine displays a pale green to gold hue, with a subtly aromatic nose reminiscent of wet stone and smokiness. It enters the palate with lively vivacity and just-ripe fruity notes, revealing precision and minerality in its composition. The mouthfeel is enticingly salivating, leading to a taut finish. Comprising 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Chardonnay, sourced from 8-year-old vines, the wine matures on lees for 8 months in a 3,000-liter wooden cask.
