Description
Domaine de la Taille aux Loups 2023 Cuvée REMUS Montlouis Sec is a dry white wine from the Loire Valley, made from the Chenin Blanc grape variety, emblematic of the region.
The colour of this fine Chenin is pale yellow with hints of gold.
The nose of this REMUS cuvée is fairly complex, with notes of orchard fruit such as peach and apricot, followed by floral notes.
On the palate, this dry white wine is astonishing, as the first impression is of a wine that is fat and unctuous, but at the same time really dry. This is the style created by Jacky in his time, thanks to careful and demanding ageing. The palate continues with minerality and the freshness of the Montlouis-sur-Loire terroir.
This great dry white wine from the Loire is ideal with grilled fish and seafood.
