Description
This cuvée of Meursault Michelot comes from plots located on very different soils, the interest of this Meursault is the assembly of these different soils which allow to obtain a fruity and opulent wine, but always with a nice finesse in the mouth. . Part of each plot is grassed and controlled by regular mowing. This grassing allows a water stress of the vine which obliges the root system to plunge in the ground and helps to limit the phytosanitary treatments what accentuates the specific characters of each soil. Formerly Domaine Mestre Michelot.
