The Cave de Buxy is a cooperative winery located in the village of Buxy in Burgundy. This cooperative has existed since 1931, bringing together winegrowers from the region to pool their resources and efforts. The vines of the Buxy cooperative are owned directly by the cooperative or by winegrowers who are members of the cooperative. The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy has a very wide range of wines, from entry-level to top-of-the-range.

Mercurey Red Wine by Buissonnier

This red wine is produced in the famous Mercurey appellation on the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the emblematic red wine grape variety of Burgundy.
