Château d'Aydie Pacherenc du Vic Bilh 2021 is a sweet white wine from south-west France, made mainly from Petit Manseng grapes. The Laplace family, who own the château, take particular care over the ageing of this sweet wine, which has spent 10 months in oak barrels and then in acacia barrels. Château d'Aydie Pacherenc du Vic Bilh 2021 is an exceptional sweet white wine produced in south-west France by the Laplace family. Mainly made from Petit Manseng grapes, this wine has been carefully matured for 10 months in oak barrels, followed by a period in acacia barrels. Its brilliant yellow colour and aromas of honey and exotic fruit make it an ideal companion for desserts or sweet and savoury dishes. Round and balanced on the palate, with a lingering finish.
