Description
The Miss Valentine rosé wine from Château Les Valentines IGP Méditerranée is an elegant, refreshing wine, ideal for summer meals with salads or barbecues.
This Miss Valentine rosé is made from a blend of 50% Cinsault, 30% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
Miss Valentine is harvested by hand. Cold skin maceration is carried out for a few hours to obtain fresh, delicate aromas.
Miss Valentine has a lovely pale pink colour with salmon highlights. The nose is marked by fruits such as cranberries, but also by spicy notes including pink pepper. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate, the fruit notes are confirmed, as are the spicy notes. The whole is carried by a mineral framework.
Miss Valentine rosé goes well with seafood, grilled fish, salads and Provençal dishes.
