It's not often you think of pairing a Maury with Foie Gras ......
You'll love the superb notes of red and black fruits and the softness of this Grenat red Maury. The palate is also marked by beautiful vanilla notes.
This elegantly sweet and fruity wine can also be served with blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort (you can play off the contrasting flavours with the sweetness of the Maury and the saltiness of the Roquefort) or dried fruit desserts such as walnut tart or chocolate desserts.
