Description
This Maurice Vesselle Grand Cru champagne is the fruit of vines located on the southern flank of the Montagne de Reims. The vines are plowed deep to accent the character of the terroir of Bouzy. Harvesting Manipulant, Didier and Thierry Vesselle take care of all the stages of the vine in the cellar. The white Champagnes are composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, which gives this champagne all the power of Pinot Noir, ages it in cellar is 5 years. Didier and Thierry Vesselles vinify without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and finesse that sign a Grand Cru of Champagne.
