Champagne Mailly Grand Cru a Brut Champagne
Champagne Mailly is made from 2 grape varieties that are emblematic of the Champagne region: 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. All the grapes are harvested by hand before being pressed, aged on laths and blended with 7 to 8 grams of sugar per litre. This blend of grapes makes for a champagne with plenty of fullness on the palate, which is appreciated on tasting.
