Description

Here, in its Magnum version, the vintage of this Prestige cuvée from Puech Haut reveals aromas reminiscent of undergrowth, raspberry, kirsch, and plum, flavors that are confirmed on the palate.

The Prestige cuvée of Puech Haut is the result of a blend of 40% Syrah and 60% Grenache. The aging process takes place in cement tanks, with vineyard yields set at 40 hl/ha. Additionally, 20% of the excellent Syrah grapes are matured in barrels of 1 or 2 wines, thereby preserving the character of the Languedoc terroir while avoiding excessive influence from wood tannins.
