Lustau San Pedro Ximenez Sherry Solera Reserve. This sweet sherry from the house Lustau is made from the pedro ximenez golden vine in the Andalusian sun. It is concentrated to the point of being thick in the mouth and offers notes of dates, raisins and melasse. This sherry (for the English) or Jerez (for the Spaniards) and elevated was under the principle of the Solera, that is to say that each vintage is enriched by assembling previous vintages continuously. Some soleras date from 1830. This Pedro ximenez (PX) Lustau is sipping quietly in his sofa a rainy and cold day !!
