The nose of this 100% Merlot is powerful, blackcurrant, blackberry, notes of toast and leather. The palate is complex, powerful, very fruity with ample and robust tannins. Château Lyonnat is one of the oldest properties in the Lussac Saint-Emilion appellation. From generation to generation, the techniques used by the team of the chateau lyonnat have been refined to optimize the terroir. The vineyard benefits from a southern exposure and the clay-limestone soil is perfectly suited to the cultivation of large grape varieties.
