Description

La Vieille Ferme White Wine Côtes du Luberon by Château de Beaucastel. The wine develops a nose of fruit and white flowers. On the palate, there are sweet flavors of hazelnuts, yellow fruits, vine peaches and a remarkable balance. Grape varieties: Bourboulenc; Grenache blanc; Ugni blanc; Vermentino. This beautiful white wine is produced by the Perrin family, also owner of the famous Château du Beaucastel. The appellation's vines spread over the clayey and gravelly hills of the Luberon mountains. The altitude of these vineyards gives the wines a unique finesse and elegance. The whole is round, underlined by a slight acidity, with a nice consistent and fragrant material which ends with a fine touch of hazelnut. Serve chilled with an aubergine gratin.
