Saint Veran "Les Deux Mouilins" White Burgundy Wine by Louis Latour

With a pale yellow color, Saint-Véran Louis Latour is a white burgundy wine that reveals a floral and brioche nose with a hint of muscat. The palate is round and citrus aromas emerge. Gourmet wine with a beautiful balance. Located in the extreme south of the Mâconnais, the Saint-Véran vineyard forms a crown around Pouilly-Fuissé. The two zones are similar in terms of relief. The production techniques are also, as well as their taste and aromas. The soil and the ideal exposure of the vines constitute perfect conditions for the production of high-quality fruity wines. The Saint-Véran "Les Deux Moulins" takes its name from the two water mills that span the river "La Petite Grosne". Once the harvest is finished and the grapes are pressed, the juices are put in stainless steel tanks so as to preserve the fruit aromas and undergo alcoholic fermentation.
