This BOURGUEIL COTEAUX du LEVANT 2021 by Jacky Blot from Domaine de la Butte is a very beautiful Red wine from the Loire made from the certified Organic Cabernet Franc grape variety. The maximum number of operations in this area is done manually, gravity replaces the lifting pumps, the harvests are rigorously sorted on the table, the yield does not exceed 35 hectoliters/hectare. After destemming, fermentation takes place in wooden vats for the vast majority of the vintage, another part takes place in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation will take place in wooden vats.
You will love the density and freshness of this red wine. We find in this wine purity and elegance, carried by floral notes and fruity notes which evoke red fruits. The palate is ample and full, the tannins are present and well blended overall. the red fruit notes are confirmed.
