Cocktail de Houlle is a northern aperitif made from Houlle juniper and red fruits. It is a mixture of juniper, sugar, aromatic or alcoholic infustions and concentrated red fruit juices. A more aromatic than sweet taste, it is a concentrate of the flavors of the three red fruits (raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant). Serve fresh, in liqueur or as an aperitif.
