Luxardo Angioletto Hazelnut Liqueur is produced by the Luxardo distillery, a renowned Italian company renowned for its production of artisanal liqueurs and spirits. Founded in Croatia by Girolamo Luxardo in 1821, the company moved to Torreglia in Italy after the Second World War. Luxardo is renowned for its Maraschino liqueur, made from cherries of the Marasca variety. This traditional maraschino liqueur recipe became so popular that, in 1829, the Austro-Hungarian Empire gave the company exclusive rights to produce the liqueur.
Tasting
A liqueur appreciated for its sweetness and roasted hazelnut flavours, resulting from an infusion of hazelnuts and other natural ingredients, such as cocoa and vanilla. It can be enjoyed neat, chilled or on the rocks.
