Ratu Rum Liqueur is produced by the Rhum CO distillery on the island of Fiji. The name Ratu means chief in the Fijian language. The basis of Ratu is a mash rum aged for 8 years in American oak casks, which gives it its particularly amber colour. Aged for 8 years in casks, this rum liqueur develops aromas of vanilla, spices and caramel, with a hint of sweetness on the palate.
There are several ways to enjoy this unique rum liqueur. You can simply enjoy it on its own for rum lovers, but it can also be enjoyed as a cocktail or used to make certain desserts.
