Description
Cuvee Mammouth 100% Shiraz Domaine Le Roc. Jean-Luc Ribes from the Le Roc wine estate cultivates old syrah vines outside his appellation area for the pleasure of it. This wine is therefore classified as wine of France. It is nonetheless a solid wine like its producer. The nose is very logically marked by spices, the mouth is dense and deep and generous. A wine-grower who knows how to sort his Fronton grape variety as much as possible from Négrette (which is in the most delicate grape varieties) will be able to lead all the vines. This is the case of Jean Luc Ribes.
