First of all, its colour is a classy raspberry with salmon hues. On the nose, the wine is very fresh and straightforward, offering a wide range of red fruits. A touch of acidity emerges, however, making this wine supple and round. On the palate, it has a basketful of freshly picked red fruit.

The House of Laurent Perrier

In 1881, a certain Eugène Laurent inherited a small Champagne business from Alphonse Pierlot. He saw its potential and decided to develop it by becoming the cellar master. A revolution began when he bought several houses in Tours-sur-Marne and took over the vines located on the best terroirs in Bouzy, Tours-sur-Marne and Ambonnay. Finally, he dug out 800 metres of cellars and built a tasting laboratory. The result was the birth of Domaine Laurent-Perrier in Tours-sur-Marne. This small village is perfectly situated at the crossroads of the 3 main wine-producing regions of the Marne, the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. The village is therefore one of the 17 communes classified as Grands Crus in Champagne.
