Description

Morillon blanc, produced in the Aude region, is a wine by Jeff Carrel. Morillon blanc is the original name of this varietal, made from the Chardonnay grape variety. This wine has a nose reminiscent of stewed white fruit and spices. The palate is full and structured, with notes of citrus fruit, spices, sultanas, caramel, quince paste and orange peel. This cuvée is made from botrytised grapes, but vinified as a dry white wine.
