La Délicate rosé wine
La délicate is an IGP Pays d'Oc rosé wine also known as Miss Anaïs. This rosé is made from 100% Grenache gris grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in the Languedoc region. It is vinified at low temperature to preserve the freshness of the grapes in the wine.
Tasting La Délicate, the Summer Rosé
La délicate is a salmon pink rosé with aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers and great finesse. On the palate, this rosé reveals all its roundness, lightness and, above all, freshness. Ideally served chilled as an aperitif, with grilled summer meats, fish, salads or simply with pizza. La délicate is available in several formats: you can find it on this site in a 75cl bottle, a 1.5-litre magnum, a 3-litre Jeroboam or a 3-litre bib, this time under the name Miss Anais.
