The dress of this Pouilly Fumé Ladoucette is shiny and has pale gold and green hues. The nose is complex and mineral, including the notes of flint stone typical of the great Pouilly-Fumé,then come the notes of white flowers.The mouth is fresh and mineral from the attack and evolves towards citrus fruits.In the finish , there is fatness, volume,vivacity and salty notes pairing perfectly with a seafood platter.The grape variety on the Loire AOC Pouilly Fumé is sauvignon blanc.The richness of the soil gives indeed some wines a smell of flint, a typical perfume of the spark produced by ths shock of a flint.
