Onthe nose of this Cote Rotie Blonde La Mouline 2008 of Guigal Wines you will find on this cuvée from Guigal aromas of small red fruits, blackberry and floral aromas of violet,…A nice aromatic intensity, quite powerful but fine. The palate is very supple, there is a beautiful harmony between the finesse and the richness of the aromas. This Côte Rôtie is made from a blend of Viogner (11%) and Syrah (89%). Terraced vines in the shape of a Roman amphitheater, with an average age of the vines of 75 years. The vinification takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
