Chablis 1er Cru "Vaulorent" Dry Burgundy White Wine by La Chablisienne  is a dry, mineral white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, reflecting the elegance and character of the Chablis terroirs.

This Chablis 1er Cru is produced by La Chablisienne, a cooperative winery founded in 1923, renowned for the quality of its wines. The "Vaulorent" climat is located on the right bank of the Serein, close to the Grand Cru Les Preuses, with an ideal south-west exposure.

The vines, which are on average 30 years old, are planted on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils rich in marine fossils. The 2019 vintage is pale gold in colour, clear and brilliant.

The powerful nose reveals aromas of white fruit, toasted notes and butter. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and dense, with citrus and almond flavours underpinned by a fine minerality that adds length and liveliness.

This wine has been matured in vats and barrels, giving it complexity and ageing potential.
