Description

This Côte de Beaune Drouhin offers a beautiful bright purple red color. This Joseph Drouhin red Burgundy offers a nose that evokes red fruits such as strawberries and redcurrants. On the palate these aromas of red fruits are confirmed and the tannins are round and delicate. This Côte de Beaune Drouhin is aged in barrels of which 10% of the barrels are new, for 12 to 15 months depending on the vintage.

This Côte de Beaune comes largely from the Drouhin estate and the young vines of the famous Clos des Mouches.

The “Côte de Beaune” controlled designation is only given to wines from the territory of the commune of Beaune.

The Drouhin estate has been organically cultivated since 1990, then biodynamic a few years later.
